You would think their water had gold dust in it for what you pay for it. Moved here from Ft Worth about 4 months ago. There the trash was also included in my bill. The bill was never over $100.00 a month. Here, it doesn't included trash and it's over $100.00 a month. Also, I haven't been watering my yard here....in Ft Worth, I watered 2x a week. There are only 2 of us here. No reason for it to be so expensive each month.

I'm not understanding the poor reviews. I never have trouble. I even had a discounted bill for 4 months plus a free month when my water line busted. Best service I've ever had.

The absolute WORST water utility company around! Very high prices for what smells like stagnant creek water. My water bill due date was reported to me (online) as being due 8/5 but I found my meter locked on 07/26. I called to discuss the matter and was told nothing could be done about it, just pay the extra $50.00. A very nice lady named Holly told me that a large number of customers had been confused by reported due dates. I was then redirected to Josh who is apparently in charge and was informed it was not Johnson County Special Utility District's job to inform me of when water bills are due. Also Josh was not aware if other customers were having the same issue, (although somehow Holly knew). If I had another choice for water service I would go there regardless of price or quality to be rid of these crooks. It really seems like a scam to rip off customers for an extra $50.00 when JOCOSUD knows we're stuck with them. Keep up the good work Josh!
